Albany Barn, Inc. has 2 Work-Only Studios facilities in the Capital Region!
- Albany Barn (56 2nd Street, Albany NY 12210) has over 15 studio spaces.
- Artistry Studios (826.5 Eastern Avenue, Schenectady NY 12307) has over 20 studio spaces.
Work-Only studios come in a variety of sizes and configurations from 86-350+ square feet and include WIFI, utilities, and 24-7 access. Studios will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis with 3-month to yearly lease options. General Certificate of Liability Insurance is REQUIRED with Albany Barn, Inc. listed as Additionally Insured. Please be advised that our work studios are currently not available for music production or performance needs. After you complete your application, you will be invited to get a tour of the space and an informal interview, then from that tour/interview, you may be placed on the waitlist, and when a space is available you will be contacted. There are also Live/Work spaces available in Academy Lofts. Academy Lofts are in partnership with Albany Housing Authority and are located at 56 2nd Street, Albany NY 12210.
