Albany Barn, Inc., including Electric City Barn, is partially funded by state and federal grants that require collection of basic demographic information on those benefiting from publicly funded subsidies (i.e. free safety training or reduced membership dues). Please note that information provided will not be used to make decisions regarding offers of membership or admission to Albany Barn, Electric City Barn, or their programs. You may decline to complete this survey, however Albany Barn, Inc. and Electric City Barn reserve the right to charge full price for goods or services which may otherwise be free or subsidized if the participant declines to provide the information required to be in compliance with funding sources for these subsidies.
