About the Artist:

Shannon Egan is an abstract artist, Therapeutic Art Coach, and owner of Shannon Egan Art based in Albany, NY.  What started for Shannon as just a passion for painting has now bloomed into a powerful mission to help people live happier, healthy lives through art healing. She recently became an artistic member of The Barn to connect with other artists in the area and share her knowledge about therapeutic art. Shannon’s work is frequently inspired by her love for music – the lyrics and instruments arouse intentional and gestural brush strokes that dance around the canvas, allowing the observer to walk through each chapter of her story.
