Oliver “Cat” Peters was born in Saratoga Springs and grew up in the Central Leatherstocking Region of New York State. In 2005 he graduated from The Cleveland Institute of Art with a 5year B.F.A. in Visual Arts and Technology: Photography. He has exhibited work at Cleveland, Ohio’s the Sculpture Center, Albany Institute of History and Art and The Hyde Collection. His work has been included in Williamsburg, Brooklyn’s Pierogi – Flat Files and for publication in the online arts and culture magazine MAKE8ELIEVE{ohio#switzerland} .

Oliver currently lives and works in Albany, New York.
