Application for Work-Only Studio

Work-studios are available in a variety of sizes from 100-350+ square feet and include wifi, utilities, and 24-7 access via a key card system. Studios will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis with 6-month and yearly lease options.

Please be advised that our work studios are currently not available for music production or performance needs.  If you are a musician/band/instructor and are interested in renting our stage, please e-mail info@albanybarn.org or call 518.935.4858 for more details.
