The application below is specifically for a live/work apartment at Academy Lofts. Your application will be subject to review by Albany Housing Authority for accuracy and compliance with low-income housing regulations. If you meet the income qualifications for low-income housing, your application will be passed on to an Artist Selection Committee to be scheduled for a brief interview regarding your involvement in the creative arts and in your community. Please note your family size and income should reflect only those who would be living in the rental unity at Academy Lofts!
