Chef Elliot Cunniff, Abany Distilling Company and The Chocolate Gecko all part of FUSION!
Elliot Cunniff is an emerging chef from New York’s Capital District who has worked alongside many of the area’s top culinarians, including fellow FUSION signature chefs, Mark Graham, A.J. Jayapal, and Yono Purnomo, as well as Jaime Ortiz, Brian Molino, and Dale Miller. Although he strives to excel in all facets of food service, his particular strengths include refined a la carte dining and tasting menus, catered weddings and corporate events, and private in-home catering/cooking classes. Chef Cunniff won the 2012 Albany Chefs’ Food & Wine Festival “Rising Star Chef Competition” and will be a Featured Chef for the 2013 Festival. Cunniff has also distinguished himself at Saratoga’s Jazz and Wine Festival and several dinners for La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs.
Chef Cunniff will join previously announced FUSION Signature Chefs, Mark Graham, A.J. Jayapal, Ric Orlando, and Yono Purnomo. Each Chef will prepare dishes inspired by a season:
- Elliot Cunniff: “Smells of Fall”
- Mark Graham: “Spring Sight”

- Ric Orlando: “Winter Aromas”
- Yono Purnomo: “Winter Touch”
