A Musical and Artistic Interpretation of Albany’s Inner City Green Spaces: visual art exhibition presented by Dylan Perrillo
Join us for the opening reception of A Musical and Artistic Interpretation of Albany’s Inner City…
Join us Saturday, March 7th at The Barn for an evening of “Motown & More” with Derrick Horton & The Jay Street Band with special guest Nite Train to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Capital District’s programs to support families of pediatric cancer patients.
Following their September performance at The Linda to benefit for the Whitney M. Young Center, Derrick Horton & The Jay St. Band continue to grow their legacy of giving back while giving their audiences an evening of family-friendly fun. Led by Derrick Horton (lead vocals), the Jay Street Band features Phil Auclaire (drums), Chris Duffy (bass), and Sabrina Mason (keyboard).
The three core programs of Ronald McDonald House Charities – the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald Family Room and Ronald McDonald Care Mobile – are focused on helping families in need. The cornerstone Ronald McDonald House program began in 1974 based on a simple idea: Provide a “home away from home” for families of seriously ill children receiving treatment at nearby hospitals. Since that time, more than 10 million families around the world have benefited from the comfort provided by a Ronald McDonald House.
Doors open at 7:00 p.m., show will begin at 8:00 p.m. Purchase advance sale tickets ore make a donation here, as prices will go up at the door! Beer, wine, and light refreshments will be available for purchase before the show and during intermission.
