Albany, NY

Join us for a neighborhood clean-up.
The Albany Barn will be our “home base” for the event. We will begin there, pick up trash along the streets in the neighborhood and share our wishes for the world in chalk.
We’ll also have snacks and a table for a book exchange: bring or take a book. Any books left over will be donated to the Little Free Library or Grassroots Givers.
Gloves, pickers, and bags will be provided. Wear clothes you don’t mind getting dirty and comfortable shoes for walking.
All are welcome, but an adult should accompany children.
If you have questions, don’t hesitate to contact Kim (email: kim@friendsoftivoli.org / phone: 518-417-1971).
Important Notes:
- Unless there are severe storms, the event will happen, so please dress accordingly (rain gear if it’s rainy, sunscreen, hats, layers).
- In the case of inclement weather, we will contact you to confirm if the event is happening. 🙂
- Please bring anything you need to maintain your comfort on the walk.
- Please note that we are requiring you to provide a cell phone/phone number to reach you. We will use this to contact you the day-of the event to ensure it’s happening especially in the case of inclement weather.
