This Exhibition includes work by Lexi Hannah, Kim Tateo, and Ashley Busby, three painters in the Albany area who create abstracted paintings from their experiences in nature.
Through their process, each artist utilizes movement of paint and expressive mark making to discover new perspectives of the landscape around them. Diving into past, present, and imagined encounters with the natural element, these works become sites of physical and sensory connections with the earth. By bringing these different styles together, this exhibit challenges the viewer to engage with new ways of viewing the natural space.
