Join Arts in the City and Albany Barn artist Lori Kochanski for Wonder Wheels, an intergenerational community art experience that brings people together through weaving and creativity.

Using retired bicycle wheels donated by Albany Bike Rescue, participants will weave fabric, yarn, donated clothing, and found materials, working individually and alongside one another to transform retired objects into works of art.

What we create together may take different forms, but each piece will carry a little bit of the community that helped make it.

Bringing artists and community together to create, connect, and make art part of the fabric of Albany and that’s what’s Arts in the City is all about!
