Street Signs- Urban Art

Albany Barn, Inc. will present, “Street Signs- Urban Art” on Friday, June 6th, 2014, at Stage 1 located at 46-48 North Swan Street, Albany, NY 12210.  This exhibition will feature several artists including Sandy Dovberg, Jim Miller, Frank Smith, Oliver Peters, Kimberly Gailard, Sandy Pratt, Nicole DeSantis, Martin Bannan, Sarah Holub Schrom, Peter Amarosa, Ed O’Connell, and Stan Vaitas.  There will also be a live spray paint installation by, Sarah Holub Schrom. A reception will be held from 5:00pm-9:00pm in conjunction with the monthly “1st Friday” arts walk in the City of Albany. Refreshments will be served. The artwork will be on display throughout the month of June. Admission is free. About 1st Friday Administered by the Upstate Artist Guild, Albany’s 1st Friday arts walk aims to produce a wider audience to the unique vitality of the artists and venues in the city. 1st Friday promotes interest in the arts by making art accessible and strengthening the community in Albany.
