We’re thrilled to introduce our newest venture: The Artistry Studios of Albany Barn Inc!
Located at 826 1/2 Eastern Avenue in Schenectady & built in 1892, what was once a Convent is now a beautifully renovated artist space consisting of 21 work-only studios and several common gathering spaces.  With huge windows, tons of natural light, and beautifully refinished hardwood floors, the spaces within The Artistry Studios are perfect for creatives that are looking for private work studios to grow their craft into their career.
And good news!  We are now accepting applications!

Our studios come in a variety of sizes from 86-300+ square feet and include wifi, utilities, and 24-7 access. Studios will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis with 3-month to yearly lease options. General Certificate of Liability Insurance is REQUIRED with Albany Barn, Inc. listed as Additionally Insured. If you have specific questions, please call 518-935-4858 ext 14 or email info@albanybarn.org . Please be advised that our work studios are currently not available for music production or performance needs. After you complete your application, you will be contacted to be placed on a waitlist & to schedule a call, meeting, or tour of the space.
